A viral sensation that’s a sure fire hit!

20 strawberries
1 small store-bought cheesecake
2 and 1/2 cups baking mix
1/3 cup cocoa powder
4 and 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 cup milk
2-3 eggs
canola oil (for frying)
1 cup white chocolate (to drizzle)

Fill a large Dutch oven with 2-inches of canola oil and preheat oil to 360ºF. Line a plate with paper towels and set aside.
On a clean workspace, using a small paring knife, remove core of strawberry while leaving a 1/8-inch border, leaving the tip intact. Repeat until all strawberries are completed. Set aside.
Using a small spoon, scoop some of the cheesecake inside of the hollow strawberry. Repeat until all strawberries are filled.
In a large bowl, add baking mix, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, milk, and eggs. Stir to combine. Set aside.
Working in small batches, dip strawberries into prepared batter, letting excess drip off. Immediately drop into preheated oil and fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Remove to the paper towel-lined plate to drain.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, add white chocolate and place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds, or until chocolate is melted and glossy.
Drizzle with white chocolate and serve hot.
Tip: Stuff your strawberries in advance. Dip berries in batter and fry during a party!
