A delicious and healthy Apple Crumble!

ingredients
APPLES:
4 Granny Smith apples (cored, sliced)
3 tablespoons ghee (melted)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup coconut sugar
CRUMBLE:
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey
Pinch of sea salt

Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Prepare the apples: In a large bowl, toss the apples, ghee, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and coconut sugar to combine. Transfer the mixture to a cast-iron skillet or baking dish.
Make the crumble: Combine the almond flour, coconut flakes, walnuts, pecans, chia seeds, cinnamon, coconut oil, honey and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Spread the crumble on top of the apples. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the crumble starts to turn brown. Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Tip: For a tasty twist, substitute the apples for pears!
