A delicious treat for your loved one!

ingredients
CHOCOLATE LACE BOXES:
1 (12-ounce) package bittersweet chocolate
1 tablespoon water
CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES:
4-5 large strawberries (rinsed)
1 (12-ounce) package dark chocolate
1 (12-ounce) package white chocolate

directions
For Chocolate Lace Boxes: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Use a large heart-shaped mold to form chocolate hearts. If you do not have a mold, using a pencil, draw two equal-sized, large hearts on a piece of parchment paper and set aside.
Add the bittersweet chocolate to a large, microwavable safe bowl and microwave in 45-second increments, stopping to stir, until completely melted. Stir in water and remove chocolate to a piping or zip-top bag. Snip the tip or corner, and fill the heart mold or pattern by moving the piping bag in a circular motion so when filled, resembles lace. Pipe a thick outline of chocolate around the hearts and remove to the refrigerator to chill until hardened, about 30 minutes.
For the Chocolate Covered Strawberries: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Add dark and white chocolate to 2 individual microwave-safe bowls. Working with one bowl at a time, microwave, in 45-second increments, stopping to stir, until completely melted.
Dip the strawberries in desired chocolate and remove to the prepared baking sheet. If wanting to dip in both chocolates, wait 15-20 minutes until the first layer has dried, then dip the strawberry into the different chocolate. Decorate as desired and allow to dry and harden at room temperature for at least 20 minutes.
To Assemble: Lay a long piece of decorative ribbon across a plate.
Carefully remove the chocolate hearts from the molds or parchment paper, and place on top of the ribbon. Arrange the chocolate strawberries on top of heart. Gently invert the remaining chocolate heat, and place on top of the strawberries. Tie the ribbon into a bow and serve to a loved one!
Tip: Fill the chocolate hearts with your favorite sweet treats!
