A tasty sandwich that’s a home run!

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 slices swiss cheese
4 pretzel rolls (split, toasted)
1/4 cup Heinz Mayonnaise
1 recipe caramelized onions (recipe below)
1/2 head romaine (cored, shredded)
1/2 head radicchio (cored, shredded)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 onions (peeled, thinly sliced)

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Place on grill and grill until charred and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer reads 165ºF. During the last minute of cooking, add 2 slices of cheese to each piece of chicken and allow to melt.
Spread the top and bottom bun of a toasted pretzel roll with Heinz Mayonnaise. Top the bottom bun with a piece of chicken, caramelized onions, shredded romaine, radicchio, and the top bun. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
For the Caramelized Onions: Place a large saute pan over medium heat and add butter. Add the onions and allow to cook until deep golden brown, about 30-35 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside and keep warm.
For the Toasted Rolls: Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Place the buns cut side up on a baking sheet and allow to toast until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Tip: Store extra caramelized onions in the refrigerator for up to 1 week and use as a garnish on any sandwich or to spice up a dip!
